WHAT IS Smartsave Administration?
Smartsave's administration platform is a comprehensive on-line superannuation and pension administration system specifically developed for the Internet.
Every aspect of Smartsave is run via the Internet using a web browser with access as fast as your Internet provider allows. So, provided you have a computer and Internet access you can obtain your own account information on-line - no additional software or hardware is required. The information is ‘live’ – as data is input into the system you will be provided with up-dated material immediately. Smartsave members without Internet access can still access this information either through their Adviser or direct from Smartsave’s Administrator on 1300 654 720.

HOW DO I OBTAIN ACCESS?
1. You will need to access the interface:
- Internet access + web browser
- valid email address

2. For Members
If you do not have your UserID and PIN, please send an email to smartsave@tranzact.com.au. In the subject heading of the email, insert "Request for Online Access". Please provide your full name, date of birth, residential address and member number (if known).

For Advisers
As per members above, except also provide your name and dealer group.

An automated reply will be generated back to your email address and provide :
- UserID number; and
- PIN

3. Click on this icon which is a link to the log-in site. You can also find this icon at the top of our home page.

4. Enter your UserID and PIN and then click 'Log-in'.....this area is found on the log-in page when clicking the icon link above.

TROUBLESHOOTING
**** If you do not receive the User ID and PIN within 24 hours or you are having diffculty accessing the interface, please contact the Administrator on 1300 654 720. ****
