The company was formed in 1994 as Group Life Management Pty Ltd. Smartsave Superannuation Administration Pty Ltd was acquired in 1999. The two companies combined under the umbrella of Group Insurance and Superannuation Concepts Pty Ltd (GIS Concepts) in 2002 to reflect our expertise in the fields of superannuation, retirement products and risk.
Our aim has always been to provide a range of high quality products which access the various components of investments, insurance, and income streams at wholesale rates, thereby offering our clients attractive and affordable alternatives to the retail products offered by other financial organisations.
The company has grown from humble beginnings to now offer a range of products to clients, including several large financial planning organisations nationally.
